When trying to talk to Lex, the discussion would be cut off and the player would move away. Had an old condition in there preventing the dialogue. Said condition has been karate chopped and thrown into the abyss! Goodbye condition, no one will miss you! Also fixed the spelling of 'mayor.' Cheers!
